At Canflex Clothing, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • During sales, product drops, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
  • Orders are processed only on business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery timelines are usually 3-4 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect confirmed orders.
  • No shipping charges on prepaid orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp on your registered contact details.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the tracking information provided.

5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
  • Canflex Clothing shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability.

6. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the order, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again.

7. Delayed Shipments

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Canflex Clothing does not guarantee fixed delivery dates.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • Any issue regarding damaged packaging must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos for verification.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and transit handling are managed by the logistics provider.
  • However, Canflex Clothing will provide reasonable assistance in resolving shipment-related concerns wherever possible.
