Accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Unboxing video is necessary to claim exchange or return.
Refunds:
Approved returns will receive a store credit coupon (valid for 45 days).
Exchanges:
Exchanges allowed only for size issues and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Only one exchange allowed per order, subject to ₹225 exchange processing fee.
